Short Description

Map GOs to EC-Codes.

Description

This step is implicitly executed after GO Annotation, but can be run independently as well.
Using EMBL-EBI resources (https://www.ebi.ac.uk/GOA/EC2GO), all GOs are mapped to their corresponding EC-Codes which are then annotated to each sequence.

Requirements

Load a project in the same command, e.g. A .box file containing GO annotations.
